What I Built & Led
Team/League Growth: Directed brand platform + product + content + web/UX and partnerships strategy that converted 26 teams in 12 months
(MASL, The Arena League, ENTFLA, Bay Area Breakers, plus USA & Mexico national indoor soccer teams).
Creator Network: Built FANCLB × TikTok across North America & LATAM; onboarded 24 creators, network delivers over 160M+ views to date, and grew monthly social engagements 432 → 466K+ (+107,770% ~ 1,079×).
AI Content + Product OS: Productized an automation pipeline for leagues (posting, scheduling, copy), cutting manual production time and external spend −90%, while improving team growth, product adoption, and league revenue.
Multi-Discipline Org: Operationalized a 6+ discipline creative function (brand, social, web/app UX, design, video, motion) to ship a unified brand system; achieved 6× content output.
